The current release of MayronUI is the most customizable, high. I've been using ElvUI for a while on my 13' laptop as I've always liked the pixelperfect style, but have found that I'm not entirely satisfied with it, in terms of it hogging FPS/memory alongside with screen estate in areas where it would not be needed along with trying to make things smaller than the minimum limit set by ElvUI.
